Im sure the RB Ive been getting is wrong.

Am I right in thinking that todays RB is from the rake I paid from the 29th April-6th of May? You always get paid for the previous week right?

According to Hem in that time I played 13k hands and raked £268, yet I only got about $45 in RB. How is this possible?

Should be from the 3rd to the 9th, I think (Tuesday-Monday). Looks like the RB transfers are coming from the usual account again, so maybe the importer will work again soon.

Hi all,

Did the events of Black Friday affect commissions or payouts at any rooms besides the three indicted sites?

It's important to emphasize that affiliate payments for the dozens of rooms not directly affected by Black Friday are available for cashout as normal. Please note that you may experience slight processing delays as our operations return to normal. We are striving to return to our standard processing schedule as quickly as possible.

Why is my available balance much lower (or zero) than my total balance in the cashier?

At this time, earnings for Full Tilt, Absolute Poker and UB are on temporarily hold and are not available to cash out directly through the Cashier. This is because they are only available to be processed to the site where they are earned, and our cashier system does not currently have this level of functionality. As we feel this is a temporary situation, all requests for these earnings will need to be submitted manually through the helpdesk. Should a more permanent solution be needed in the next few weeks we will develop it at the time.

Do you have any idea if/when payments for Full Tilt Poker and Cereus Network related withdrawals will improve?

We hope to restore withdrawal functionality at all sites soon. We are confident that Full Tilt withdrawals will resume shortly, as it has been gathered from several sources that they are starting to processing affiliate withdrawals. The Cereus Network released a statement yesterday that they have entered into agreement to work with the DOJ to facilitate the return of player funds.

We'll keep you updated as events develop.

So, it looks like the importer is working again.

Will you be able to fill in the missing days? I'm pretty sure I hit the $500 MGR required for a free month in April, and I hit it for May as well.
