Default 100nl, AQs in 3bet pot

UTG: $100.00
MP: $141.00
CO: $94.70
BTN: $154.60
Hero (SB): $100.00
BB: $108.15

Villain is a relatively unknown 32/15 AF 9.0 over 70 hands,

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is SB with A Q
2 folds, CO raises to $3.50, 1 fold, Hero raises to $11.50, 1 fold, CO calls $8

I think this is a standard 3bet for value against him. I usually make it bigger like 12.5$-13$

Flop: ($24.00) 3 2 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $15, CO calls $15

I don't really like the flop but I'm a little bit lost in this spot. I mean I have a GS+ 2 over cards so I could improve somehow my hand. I'd really hate checking here because I'm pretty sure he steals it a lot. A first question it is: would you cbet here? Would you c/f or c/shove?

Turn: ($54.00) K (2 players)

Ok, so I cbet... I don't think it is really wrong to cbet it... But anyways, my betsize seems crappy.. I really can't shove this turn, so what to do? c/f? bet half pot? shove overpot? Thoughts?

As played I'm completely shutting down after I cbet.. As for the cbet itself I think it depends on how often this guy is folding to cbets, judging from his stats it looks like he will peel to lightly so I prob ch fold this flop.. but imo cbetting or c/f are fine here... As for the cbet size I like it, its standard and this guy isn't going to be reading much into the bet size,, but I certaintly wouldn't go any smaller b/c going smaller would open up his peeling range alot imo..

There may be an agrument for betting larger but less often on this board against both thinking and nonthinking opponents, but for different reasons repectivly..

Bet sizing on the flop is super standard and I would be check/folding the turn.
