Default 100NL - Bet or Check?

Villain is 28/22 with 2.4% 3bet over 111 hands.

Full Tilt Poker $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players - View hand 901998
The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

UTG: $108.55
Hero (CO): $224.70
BTN: $428.20
SB: $105.50
BB: $26.15

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is CO with T A
1 fold, Hero raises to $3, BTN calls $3, 2 folds

Flop: ($7.50) T A 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $4.25, BTN calls $4.25

Turn: ($16.00) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $11.25, BTN calls $11.25

River: ($38.50) 6 (2 players)
Hero??

Do we check? By checking we allow him to bluff, but maybe don't lose much to Ace's we dominate because they could possibly vbet themselves (although not particularly likely).

Or do we bet? Simply because or hand is so strong vs his apparent range and we likely make more money when we bet compared to when we check and let him bet?

Also, thoughts on sizing if we should bet would be interesting.

Thanks.

I would be betting more on turn, getting more value from Ax and setting up a bigger river bet.

I don't think he has many hands that will bluff this river so i prefer betting b/c i think there's more Ax and worse two pairs that will call.

Bet river. His range is a lot more pair type hands than missed draws I think. The only conceivable draws we can put him on are KJ, KQ, and QJ, QJ being the only hand to call the turn. A lot more 10x and Ax hands that we need to value bet against.

Bet river for sure. I would bet a bit bigger on the flop as Ax is calling almost any size bet.

C/R would be too thin.

He'll call with AK on the river but may not even bet it.

I agree betting river is good.

Also bet more on flop because even though it makes us unbalanced (my bluffs are smaller) I don't care unless I play him every day.

i don`t think ch-raising is thin, i just think that betting the river is higher EV than going for ch-raise (cose he`ll chback a ton of stuff you wanna get herocall from + he won`t herocall your river ch-raise 100% either)
