Default 100NL - Bet for thin value?

Villain was quite aggro, stats: 30/22 over only 30 hands (3bet% of 13%).

Full Tilt Poker $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players - View hand 901674
The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

BB: $197.50
UTG: $102.65
CO: $120.85
Hero (BTN): $112.70
SB: $34.65

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is BTN with Q 6
2 folds, Hero raises to $3, 1 fold, BB calls $2

Flop: ($6.50) 9 J T (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($6.50) 6 (2 players)
BB bets $4.50, Hero calls $4.50

River: ($15.50) Q (2 players)
BB checks, Hero ??

Again, taking a shot at 100NL. Should I be betting for thin value here given villain's line and our hand strength? I doubt he is checking a straight, and he will c/r that if he does (but doubt he is c/r bluffing ever).

Other thoughts more than welcome.

too thin. really really hard for JT to call you here, how can you even be bluffing on the river? (while i like turning A9 type hands into bluffs on the river, unless he knows you do that frequently you won't get called hardly ever on the river w/ worse than Q6)

Even if I bet like 1/3 pot hoping hands like JT make a really stubborn call. What else can he have on the river anyway? He never has a straight here IMO, MAYBE the idiot end is probs the only thing that calls us that beats us IMO (and even that i doubt, it's probs more of a b/f from him than a c/c).

If you're gonna bet super thin for value i'd bet like 5 or something stupid like that.

Yeah I ended up betting $6 and he called with JT. I got away with it this time, but weren't sure whether this is something I should probably avoid and I just got lucky this time?

This is super thin to bet. I would just check it back. I think that there is very little that calls you that you beat.
