Default 100nl, nfd in 3way pot

Poker Stars, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

SB: $97.50
Hero (BB): $100
UTG: $102.15
MP: $107
CO: $162.29
BTN: $126.94

Pre-Flop: A 2 dealt to Hero (BB)
2 folds, CO raises to $3, BTN calls $3, SB folds, Hero calls $2

Flop: ($9.50) 4 Q 9 (3 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $7.18, BTN raises to $16, Hero?????

CO is 29/20 AF=2.8 on 6k hands, cb flop 69%. He's a bad multitabler, calling a lot of 3bet preflop (ip and oop).
BTN is 32/13 on 900 hands, AF=0.9. In other spot he trap AA and play fast postflop in mp vs co.

I call pre because i have a decent odds and play w 1 bad player and 1 fish, so i guess its ok to call here.
What do you think about donkbet this flop?
As played, what is the best move?

I think calling isn't really a good option given that you're OOP and not closing the action. Plus you miss out on possible fold equity that you have when shoving.

Between shoving and folding, I think it's fairly close but since you have decent equity vs most of his range and you'll look fairly strong by 3bet jamming here, I would shove.
