Default 100nl, nfd flop vs reg

Poker Stars, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

CO: $109.85
Hero (BTN): $347.82
SB: $99
BB: $135.30
UTG: $409.12

Pre-Flop: A T dealt to Hero (BTN)
2 folds, Hero raises to $2, SB calls $1.50, BB folds

Flop: ($5) K 3 4 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3.25, SB raises to $10.16, Hero??

oppo is a good reg, playing 22/19 3b=9 on 45k hands. he play 14/16 tables and i think he want to became supernova elite, so playing 7/8 hours every day.
Other stats. 3bet sb vs btn 13%, call sb 6%, fold to cbet oop 48%, raise cbet oop 18%, db flop=18% afq 50/43/27

we have a lot of history pre and postflop, but in similar spot he show me always set and i dont think he turning a pair into a bluff.
thoughts?

You answered your own question. If he always has a set or TP or worse FD call and probably fold turn unless he gives you a good enough price.

you can call and call turn or make it 23.33 and go with it on the flop. his sb calling range is very important here, so is his postflop aggression (how often does he just have QJhh?). your hand is very good and you have 100 bigs and showdown value, you can play this many ways, figuring out if his WWSF is >46 or so and what his sb calling range is will be very important.

basically, do with this hand what you'd like to do with the rest of your range (Kx, sets, etc.)
