I would raise more preflop, to $5 when isolating, small thing, but it will give you much more value long term. I don't like a flop raise tbh, because you don't want to get this in and you leave the door open for him to reraise the flop, making you puke. As played, I am not betting this turn, as I want to control the size of the pot. This is one of the biggest benefits of playing IP, you get to see their actions first which is most important, but you also can control the pot size better. Don't waste this advantage. I think this is a very easy fold as played.
