Dealt to Hero Q K

fold, CO raises to $3, Hero calls $3, fold, fold

im betting turn a littel bigger like 13/14.

I do raise the river. He can call with hands he took a bad line with. Small raise to ~35.

I would raise river aswell. Since he is basically an unknown, he could be fishy and call to much. And he could talk himself into calling once he bet river so small and thinking he might have induced sth.

I wouldn't raise big though, prob to 35 or sth like hopjesvlaa said since we wan't him to call with hands like AT,AJ etc. And if he has Q9 he most likely ain't folding aswell given the absolute strength of his hand.

Wow I misread this hand at first. Even after knowing the results river is an easy raise for value. I thought he bet turn and you called but I see now he check called turn. I'd bet turn bigger too.

Yeah def bet bigger on turn, at least $14 imo, too much pair+gutshot+fd, not to mention 2pairs etc..

As played river is an easy raise/fold imo, too much strong hands I doubt he will fold (probs unable to fold 2pair here imo). Also looking at sizing it looks like he's block-betting, so a raise def is good.

Given the results (and that he timebank called) I think it backs up that his river bet was a block-bet, it was just with a much stronger range than we thought!
