Default 2 hands vs check jam on river from 100nl 6mx

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5672705P

Thoughts; I figured on the river he was unlikely to risk missing 2 streets of value incase I had a FD I would bluff.

Stats are 22 19, AF:3, 3b: 7%

100nl
Opened K9s and barrelled 2 streets on FD, when the flush hit on the turn barrelled but c/r AI river
Raise folded river
3b vs btn open A8s
Checked AK ot me KJ3r flop instead of CB

I really think his VB range is very narrow on the river, and I think he 3bs pre AT and 88, but does he ever bluff?

Stats are 14/12 agg F: 1 3b: 8%

No, never, question is, can he value shove thin a worse T? Probably not, when he plays 14/12 he probably thinks thin value is a weight loss program.
Hand 2 is basically a cooler, I guess you can find a B/f river when you make it close to pot, I am not able to do this so I usually bet double pot on the river hopping to find a hero with middle pair or a cooler from a worse T.
