Villain is playing 26/22 opening 34% in SB, folding 73% to 3bet overall. 17% 4bet, 90% cbet in 3bet pots (seems quite barrel happy as well). We played one specific hand against each other where I 3bet/5bet shipped JJ bvb 140BBs deep and he called it off with QQ.

This guy folds to 3bets a lot pre in general but only folded 1/2 bvb so not really a sample size. It's still a 3bet here even though he folds so much right? Do you like flatting the 4bet or 5bet/folding to like $108?
As played, I'm having a tough time putting him on a range here and am not sure how best to proceed, which might also be another reason for 5bet/folding pre. What might be the best line to take here?
