Default 200NL 6max: Awkward turn spot

Villain is playing 23/19 with 9% 3bet and 7% squeeze. He's seen me spew a little in the past but it's been a while ago. He should see me as a 23/19 with a 65% fold to 3bet and I'm fairly barrel happy as well. No other relevant history/reads.

The SB is a 46/26 fish so I'm assuming he's squeezing wider for value here.

Poker Stars, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

Hero (BTN): $279.28
SB: $278.58
BB: $234.13
UTG: $406.68
MP: $194
CO: $200

Pre-Flop: J J dealt to Hero (BTN)
3 folds, Hero raises to $5, SB calls $4, BB raises to $20, Hero calls $15, SB calls $15

Flop: ($60) 9 5 3 (3 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $38, SB folds, BB calls $38

Turn: ($136) 7 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero ??? (~$175 behind)

Thoughts on preflop? I wanted to keep the fish in the pot but at the same time, I might induce something since we both know he's squeezing wider for value with the fish in the pot.

Turn is awkward because of stack sizes. I still think my flop bet size is decent but maybe should go bigger to set up slightly better stacks. As played, what's my best play here?

check and go from there =)

you are up against a pretty strong range imo, one that is inherently stronger then our red jacks

Getting in jacks pre. JJ is a bit vulnerable postflop 3-way I think. As played im checking the turn.

4-bet to 45 or 50 and call it off.

as played, bet $53, you have the best hand much more often than you're giving yourself credit. he's more likely to have TT, A9, or AK with one spade than anything that beats you. most AA-QQ combos are going to want to play a little faster on the flop.
