Default 200NL: KQs, flush draw, makes two pair on river

He is 52/4 after 30 hands. Ok so I don't really know what to make of his bets. He bets so small that I feel I have to put in a small value raise there on the river. Maybe he has worse two pair or some other weird hand that pays me off.

I probably fold if he shoves on me. The Q completes J10 but I don't think he would bet so small with it. Don't know what to make of his minraise on the flop either. Comments on all streets please.

Oh and I flat call turn because I simply don't want him to shove on me if I raise even though my hand is pretty strong I would hate him shoving on me.

I dont particulary like raising the flop just bc we have the flushdraw. Our hand is good enough to keep him in the pot those times he is weak/bluffing/drawing to worse hands and so forth. I call this minraise more often than 3 bet and never folding obv. Betting all turns if checked to.
Turn I like a raise.
River depends on his action taken this line.

As played I never ever raise this river. This line just screams strength from a random 54 VPIP player, if I wore to play it like this Im always calling river. and expect to see 44/88 more often than not. And I cant call a shove or reraise.
