Yeah, flop is close. I think a call is still +EV since we can get more from 3x or when he has some weirdly played overpair. I would actually just shove turn here. I think 3x is really likely, and 45dd/Axdd are really unlikely (esp Ax). So he either has 3x/66or has some dumb overpair that will call off the rest. Also, 43/53 are very much in his range, so its not like he has A3 or a boat here. I don't want to see the board double pair or a 4/5/A roll off and have to guess. You hit your hand so I think you have just stick it in and go with it.
