Default Flush, paired board, how to extract max value

Poker Stars, $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

BB: $192.66 (192.7 bb)
UTG: $101.50 (101.5 bb)
MP: $100 (100 bb)
CO: $60 (60 bb)
BTN: $226.52 (226.5 bb)
Hero (SB): $110 (110 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q J
4 folds, Hero raises to $3, BB calls $2

Flop: ($6) 3 8 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $4, BB calls $4

Turn: ($14) 7 (2 players)
Hero ?

No history. I wonder what the best line is to get max value. Do we simply bet turn and most rivers? If we bet turn and get called, do we BF blank rivers? Is it possible a XC line is better sometimes?

Yes. I am betting 3 streets big. And would fold to a river shove.

Most of villain's range on the turn is going to be 8x/7x, 99, TT, and Kx/Ax with a spade. There's a decent he's checking back a lot of those hands on the turn so you're missing value by checking when those hands would usually call a bet.

Betting river large as well if it bricks off and folding to a shove.
