Default NL200 - paired board, push with midpair?

his stats: 18/13, flop aggression:5.2
i just donīt know what he calls preflop and hit on this flop..
think most of the time he has a pocket here, 99 is unlikely because I got a 9 too.
push??

No reason to c/r this flop. You don't fold better hands, and worse hands fold.

Now, just fold to the 3 bet.

I decided to c/r because then it seems like I missed and he can bet there lower pairs, so I get a bit value from worse hands

Cart it doesnt matter so much what he could have to bet, it matters mostly on what he call your raise with. Anything he calls your raise with is probably going to be ahead of you.

If you think he's bluffing here, just call. Don't go rebluffing him, you do have a hand ..
