I respectfully disagree. We now have WAY more information now it has been checked to us twice. If we a c/r'd on the flop then we kind of have to give up because there's so much he can have and he can barrel a lot on future streets and make us feel like shizz. However, on the turn, we bet for value here because basically it seems everyone has given up (or is drawing cheaply).

I agree with this, which is why we can think a lot of this time his c/r is FOS too. When we are insta-c/r'd his line looks so FOS because I don't care who you are, if you have flopped a set you may go for a c/r on a wet flop sometimes, but when it doesn't come off you are virtually never going for it again on a blank turn, and I can't see any other value hand doing this.
Also, his size is so f weird. It's a combination of the speed in which he c/r and the size in which he did so that makes this really suspect IMO. I think a lot of the time he is just getting goofy here with a draw or complete air.
I mean (to everyone), what hands does he check the flop, and when everyone checks behind, decides to check again, but when a bet comes in, suddenly raise it more than 3x the bet? To me, this just seems like hes thought "this guys FOS" and shoves it in my face to get me to give up.
