Personally I prefer the single-producer-video's, for some reason that feels more effective.
Question about the TT on Q42r, we assume a call here, but I have seen villain raise here with different sorts of hands.
How would you prefer to proceed against a raise? I realise it is very opponent dependent so'll give you two guys. 1) HU regular, one with wider value ranges and well balanced bluffing ranges 2) your average aggro regular with a 55% btn steal, 55% defend against 3bets and capable of bluffraising and small moves.
