If I am going to c/r bluff a % of the time, let's say 20-30%, why would I do that with a hand like 22 where I will have 8% equity when called, versus doing it with overs (6 outs), gutters + live pair (7-10 outs), etc?

66 I would treat as 22 most of the time (ie when I am not "mixing it up"). 88/99+ I would generally 3bet.

Ok, thanks for the answers.. Just one final then

What is the maximum amount you would call with 55 in that spot?

Smile Re: Greg Sample Video

hey greg watchin vid now halfway through, jus had to post some of the great tips u put into this vid to highlight them, please corrrect/confirm this if u ahve the time. *have the time

loved the hand qq vs ak where derek inst 4bets,that is so obv when u point it out that if he had kk/aa he would have to think about it for a while,i'd flip qq vs ak any day.nice read.

(playing the player)
2nd was where u had kq flop came aq4-not sure if four-my favourite part here is that u dont even mention the 10,just position to float big raise-steal pot i assume.thats how any body like me is going to make money playing poker in the long run, sure i can call and hit a 10 like 10% of time i think? and suckout if ur playin for ten not position.which is a losing play.u know what i mean.donk.

and i also liked the stat analysis, like does it mean theyre drawing or nut hand-i dont hav holdem manager so i dont fully inderstand what u mean but i do,if u know what i mean,i'll figure it out when i get it.like when youve played that plr a while you'll know whether that particular stat means theyre drawing or nutted?

looking forward so much to becoming a subscribed member, just got a new job so shouldn't be long.
i just want to consume as much as i can out of these freebies, like sometimes when u got so many peices of info u just flick from 1 to another and never really learn anything, you pick up alot but don't fully understand it.i'm gonna just take it slow and get as much out of each video as i can.
anyway ty i'm off to watch the rest...........maybe qoute a few more of ur point.
please reply if u got time.

Hey,

The stats are from Hold'em manager. It is a great tool to analyze your game as well as keep track of winnings.

Here are a few videos we have that detail how to use it. CLICK HERE

We offer a $25 discount on the software if you are a subscriber. If you do not currently subscribe to LP you would pay $30 for five weeks and get HEM for $25 off. Basically making five weeks of LP cost you $5. Here is a link to that promotion. CLICK HERE

The website for HEM would also be a great stop to get information on the capabilities of the program. CLICK HERE

Matt

I have trouble seeing any details in these videos because they are too small - I can get them to open, and run, but double-clicking on the video does not make them full-size, it just stops the video - also, if I try to download them by right-clicking, my (windows XP) popup gives me the options 'save target' or 'save picture' (neither of which will work) but not the 'save as' option you suggest - any suggestions? Thanks

If you are streaming with WMP right click on the video screen and select full screen. If you are streaming with Flash click on the icon next to the volume to get the video into full screen. I hope this helps, if you need any more assistance let me know.
