Thac, what did u have on the 993 5 board where Luckychewy mucked his KK?

I don't really understand why you played the AKss hand this way. You make little comments on preflop, flop and turn actions.

Obviously I can imagine flatting AKs here preflop, but this is not your standard line, is it?

On postflop, you're affraid of overrepping your hand by c/r'sing? But would this not be a nice flop to donk into IR?

It gives you the initiative on the turn and he will be hardpressed with TT-QQ on the flop and turn ( I expect him to call) .

As played, on the river I prefer a lead out. His twobarrel range does not really vbet the river unless it's like AdQd or AdJd. If you were on a draw that ace could have helped you. If villain is on KQ he will not expect you to call a third barrel with worse. However by betting out (pretty bigish ) I expect him to go into bluffcatcher mode.

I thought you played terrible against luekebond. Calling all sorts of flop bets and CR's and just folding the turn. You're his ideal opponent the way you played. You know he's aggro so I'm not sure where you got the idea he was going to just shut down. Especially after he saw you call with Q9 or J9 on that QJX board when he had K-10. He shut down there and punished you almost everyhand you guys played after.

And the AK hand at the end? I don't get why check calling the river would even be considered given the way you played it.

I would like to hear more about the 993 5 hand where you muck KK vs thac. I think the action pf was you 3b his utg open and he called ( you guys were also close to 200bb deep if i recall correctly), he then cr flop, you called and folded to is turn lead.

I am assuming that 100bb deep you would not fold here, correct? Also, since you are deep and he is oop do you assume that he would never cr here for value with a non 9x hand (JJ/QQ?) making his range really polarized? Lastly, since he was playing so aggressively vs you does that in some way make him more likely not to get out of line in this spot since he might not excpect you to fold KK?

The 993 hand he opened in EP, 2 others called and I called in SB. I c/r flop from 70 to 200 and bet 365 on the turn like 200bb deep. Chewy made a good fold.

nice video, thanks

i have a question:

on the Q8o hand vs JayPez when you check the river behind on the blank 2 w a flopped FD and another turned FD possible, you said you didn't bet cause you weren't ready to call a cr from JayPez.... it'd seem like jaypez would be bluff catching a ton since there are 2 missed FDs, so why do you think he would be cr-ing? it seems like a value bet would be good on the river, since it looks like you could have a busted FD sometimes

i guess, my question is why do you think Pez would cr such a blank turn, when it would looks so suspicious and he'd probably do well to just bluff catch?
