Default RikaKazak - $200 / $400 NL Full Ring

Video Description: In this video Jared plays 2 tables of $200 NL and 2 tables of $400 NL Full Ring on Cake Poker. Jared discusses some of the differences between mass tabling and multitabling. Jared also discuss some of the adjustments to make when playing without a HUD and how to balance your ranges so you're not perceived to be too aggressive or too nitty.

At the start of the video you started to say something about players who buy in for "odd" amounts... ie not full or short. Some other hand came up, and you never finished your thought...... which was????

I'm lost on another point.... very early in vid you folded KQo utg insta and said how bad it plays. OK, but a bit later you're borderline on K10s utg saying that offten you will raise here. I don't see any giant EV diff. The suited part gives you, what?, 1.8% extra...I'm guessing the diff between the 10 and Q is about the same the other way, and when you hit, you are =ly dominated. Please help me understand your line on this.

Personallly it really helps when you mention how hands play dif in dif sits.(live, 5hnded,vs hu). Please keep it up.

thanks

They aren't good. Non-regs who either are playing on case money, or just rando donks.

Sorry about not finishing my thought...and yeah...this is basically what I was going to say. 95% of people who buy in for like $172.35 at a NL200 table are going to be weak/bad/fishy (which is a reverse tell you could think about doing to regulars if you're just moving up stakes )

I think I did a much better "explanation" of my EP raises in my next video....it's really all about "balancing"...and not overdoing it in EP. Also...KQo just plays very poorly oop when you raise UTG...it's almost "overplaying" it because K and Q high flops you already get so much credit that you rarely if ever get paid off by second best hands.

Also...the suited aspect is way more important then the 1.8% that is always quoted in live pros "poker books"...usually they're referring to limit hold'em...but the ones that quote that stat don't seem to understand how much just having a draw allows you to play aggressive. Even just a "back door" flush draw adds considerable equity/barreling capabilities.

I'm not explaining it very well, but basically, being suited allows you to be aggressive in a lot of situations where you couldn't be unsuited...so even not hitting "allows" you to win it with your aggression.
