Default Zaza - $200 NL Live

Mirza 6 tables $200 NL in real time on Starts and talks about different game plans. He also discusses not overreacting to the aggression of a particular regular but always trying to adopt the correct counter strategy by pre-adjusting and trying to be one step ahead.

13:10 you second barrel ~halfpot with air. When you take that betsizing, isn't it obvious that you're trying to get Villain to fold his floats/weak hands? Because if you had Ax you probably would bet a tad bigger because there's more value in it and he probably isn't folding more often if you do that.

Obviously if you're balancing this betsize, then it doesn't matter, but even then I think this betsize is more often than not exactly this kind of hand, and you didn't mention balancing in the video so I'm guessing there's not really a lot of balancing involved in this specific situation.

Hey good point. But the main reason is this guy was pretty much an unknown or at least i didnt remember playing with him alot prior to this session. We definitely didnt have any extensive history.I try to adopt very exploitable strategies in these spots vs total unknwns at nl100 200 or lower. That being said from a balance perspective this certainly isnt the best sizing and I would never use it for value or as a bluff vs a more recurrent opponent.
