A truly small amount of poker players reach the high stakes games, but you would be even more hard pressed to find one who possesses as much technical understanding and knowledge as Rob. His unique poker brilliance is reflected by his not so common beginnings. BobboFitos began his illustrious poker career by accruing one million play chips on PokerStars, and then selling them for $10. He used those funds as his bankroll as he began grinding the 1c/2c NL games. The rest, as they say, is history.
The one time philosophy major recalls a time when he spent summers as a lifeguard and camp counselor, and how different his life is now. At age 22, Rob is now a regular at the $5/$10NL and $10/$20NL games as his focus remains on poker - his current road block is none other than finding time to log hands. With a list of students numbering over 100, Rob is considered by many to be the Godfather of modern poker coaching. When asked about the future, Robert candidly replies, “Good question. I don’t even know what or where I’ll be in 1 month.”
