Daniel Smith has won his third €5k NL event in a row at this week’s EPT Grand Final after cutting a deal heads-up with EPT Vilamoura champion Toby Lewis. The pair were neck-and-neck for the chip lead in the €5k NL 6-max side event, one of the last events of the PokerStars and Monte-Carlo Casino EPT Grand Final. Smith wanted the kudos and was not so bothered about the money apparently so they divvied up the cash and did a high-card flip for the title.
