Tim reviews a 6 table mid stakes session played on Stars while discussing individually adjusting to every player at a table and not overgeneralizing players as "regulars" or "recreational players".
Hey Harangutang! 24mins in, on table 3, you called an utg raise from the button with KhQh. You call a cbet on AT4r69. Villian checks turn too you and you check back with your gutshot. You then bluff the river when villian checks too you again. Do you think the hand plays better to delay your bluff till the river rather than simply betting the turn when checked too?

Hey baba,
I usually prefer to checkback turns when I float with KQ on AT/AJ flops since we are often good on a K or Q river and when he raises UTG we can credibly rep an A that we checked back. I don't think we get bluffed a ton on the river either. If it is a spot where his range is very wide I would also be inclined to check back on good runouts where we have decent showdown value. In this spot we are almost never good at showdown so def have to bet turn or river.
