Aaron Jones plays 6 tables of $5/$10 NL on Poker Stars. In part 2 of a 4 part series, Aaron speaks of dynamics with regulars on multiple tables. As always, board texture and ranges are a priority of the discussion. Aaron also addresses how to formulate optimal preflop raise sizes in the games he is playing.

shootaa great video, good format and all that 'cept the connection problems. certainly keep it up if you can! when are we going to get some heads up?!?!
dacubs12 The playback video was ahead of the audio for me which is almost unwatchable. Had to rewind a lot.

Dustylove You forgot to state that you're the man, the myth, the legend.

I cried.
bullyboh KQ hand: looks like you fold the top of your range there. i think you have to slowplay allmost all the time to be indifferent to bluffing if you fold 24 * KQ KJ and rarely have AK AA. So folding is an exploitive play you can only make if you have the read that he is never bluffing.
TianYuan Do you think the fact that he "wussed out" on 3 barrelling the QJXTX board vs you a few hands before the KQ hand would make him more or less likely to tripple barrel you?

Should make it less likely.

I base my play solely on my reads and not on any math. Frankly I know little to nothing about combinations of hands, etc. All I know is that I didn't think he was bluffing, I thought he thought I had what I actually had, and I didn't think he would try to push me off of it.

Also, I would slowplay all the time (not that I think that is too relevant to this situation bc he doesn't know that).
shootaa LOL unwatchable... sometimes you knew what was going to happen like 2 seconds before it did... I guess it depends on whether or not you want drama or education, either way, unwatchable is certainly too strong of a word
dacubs12 That's why I said "almost" fagtard. I didn't know what hand he was referring to half the time.
spect would work really well if my brain took 3 seconds to process sound! top content though
IcarusJam Sick video, dunno how u folded the QK, i know, but at the same time, i don't think i could. Keep them coming AE.
actionjacson hey a e i was wondering about a hand in the 32 minute i believe. Anyway Ja Blue opened and we called ace queen off in pos and we raise a low two tone flop and i believe were around 125-150 bbs (it was like 3 4 8 or something, sorry for not rememebering exactly) and the jack came and i figured you were going to bet turn, shove river. What do you think about this, is it good, or maybe bad because ja blue will think your range is more polarized than it really is?

It would depend on exact board texture, but I assume JaBlue will just look me up super light, and I actually have some showdown value or ways to improve with AQ there.

Still, I'd be a little surprised that I didn't bet an overcard turn as a default, maybe I'll have to look up that point in the vid when I have a better internet connection.
aejones Clairvoyant
desire great vid, however i'd like to know how do you counter getting squuezed a lot and in general 3-bet heavy games (your style involves a lot of calling vs 3betting pre as you also said in your vid), say BTN & CO are opening really wide and you are happy playing a bunch of broadway hands vs. them in SB, but BB is a squeezehappy TAG who will be giving you a lot of trouble, so do you start "defending" by 3-betting those LP opens or you cut down on your calls (I guess you are sometimes trapping with big hands and going for a backraise but big hands don't come around that often).
hope my question is clear enough
Janman Tremendous commentary as always, but I feel that six-tabling has a bit too much going on when you're discussing lines and reads on a few different tables simultaneously. I'd rather a 4-tabling vid where it's easier to follow every hand so you won't always need to recap the line you took before discussing it.
Losingdonkey awesome
zukes2000 very good...agree that 4 tables might be ideal. i might even describe your style as clairvoyant
jokersattack more drugs imo
Dodekahedron horrible fold with the KQ.
