In this video Brian reviews some hands with Leggo member "thisbetom" played by Tom at $50 NL 6-Max on Full Tilt. Brian discusses 3-betting, flatting 3-bets and post flop play in 3-bet pots.
So this is strange, I do exactly like you do in the video. I call 3bets with junk like 5high and 7high all the time, I 3bet junk myself oop for no reason, but I dont hit the nuts in every fucking hand. What am I doing wrong?
i realy liked the format of the video. alot of viewers will prob identify with ur student and have similar flaws, therefore u explaining things to ur student is very helpfull.
I liked the video format too. Especially focusing on 3bet pots, which I think a lot of micro players have trouble with.
As for 28:00 min mark with A9s on QJ4tt 2 3s with a flush, why not gay bet like 3 into 14? I do agree betting the turn though.

Umm, interesting question. I guess I would never gay bet $3 into $14 there b/c I would never do it ever for value. Also, I don't think he ever folds a pair to a $3 turn bet so he's literally never folding worse other than specifically AT, which is still prob peeling with gutshot+over to such a small bet. I'd actually rather ch/call here than gay bet since he can go for a delayed bluff and bet the turn after a ch/ch flop. But I think betting half-2/3 pot on the turn is def my preferred line after the flop goes ch/ch.
32:00 Ok the river card is obv not a very good card for us,
but once we check the river, wouldn´t this be the perfect
bluff shove spot for villian, cause we never check 2pair+ there?
Also because with given stack sizes, he still has a lot of FE
